Our Cold Storage and Packaging Facility takes cherry and apple packaging processes to the highest level by electronically sorting and sizing standard cherries and apples from the orchards according to color, size, diameter, and weight. In our advanced cold storage rooms, we achieve efficient and sustainable apple exports with our high-capacity, AI-powered machinery. Due to the very different physical conditions in our region, the ripening of cherries and apples is later than in other regions. With the use of modern agricultural methods, cherry and apple production is quickly increasing in our country. Our facility has a cherry sorting machine and on optical camera specifically designed for cherries, capable of scanning 100% of for the only cherry surface and eliminating unwanted defects, with a minimum capacity of 40 tons/day. Similarly, our facility has an apple sorting and packaging machine with a capacity of 28,000 tons/day.
